The most unrepenting, hard-as-nails Seattle rock n' roll band of brothers, Shakin' Michael J, embark on their first North American Tour this Friday- June 3rd, 2011 (Boise, Idaho).
HISTORY OF THE BAND: 2007-Present
Burlington Vermont (2007), the musical entity bearing the moniker Shakin’ Michael J formed. This ragtag group of friends committed to sonically champion the spirit/values of each music scene they respectively represented (Boston+New York Hardcore rock n' roll).
After a brief separation due to geographic circumstances, the band ended up together again, uniting in Seattle with the addition of a new drummer, and an old East Coast friend joining on bass.
Today, SMJ is running and gunning harder than ever, consistently playing shows in front of droves of dedicated fans (with their first U.S. Tour June 2011). These guys live by a simple sonic motto: Don't Talk About It! Be About It! Speed It Up! LISTEN BELOW:
